Combined Transfer Order Ship/Receive
Use this form to perform both a shipment and a receipt for a transfer order line item. This activity does not use a transit location, but instead moves the item or material from the inventory of the shipping warehouse or site to the receiving warehouse or site. Multiple shipments/receipts are allowed for a transfer order line item. Returns or mis-shipments can be backed out by entering a negative shipment quantity.
Shipments may not be entered against a warehouse undergoing physical inventory. If the item is being cycle counted at either warehouse, the system warns you but allows you to proceed.
If the Warehouse, Location, or Lot fields change, the grid on the Pieces tab automatically refreshes to retrieve the corresponding records.
