Work the Shift

Select Work to specify that this shift exception adds time to the resource's normal working time (use this option to represent overtime). Select Down Time to specify that this shift exception subtracts time from this resource's normal working time.

Note: If Work is selected, the shift exception must reference a shift that the resource is not normally working on. If Down Time is selected, the shift exception must reference a shift that the resource is working on.
