Variable Material

Enter the account number for the Variable Material Overhead Usage account. If you are using Standard costing, the system uses this account number for job material transactions with a material usage variance.

Note: This field maintains a G/L account number. The account number you enter in this field must be a valid account number in the Chart of Accounts.
