Status

This field displays the current status of the physical inventory record. The valid status codes and meanings are:

• Approved: The tag count is approved by the Physical Inventory Supervisor, and is waiting to be posted to the Item Maintenance form. Those tags with a status of Approved may not be updated.
• Posted: The tag count is posted to the Item Maintenance form and may not be updated.
• Voided: The tag count has been voided through the Void Tags/Sheets option.
