Quantity Ordered

Enter the quantity of the items to order. You can enter a different unit of measure if you have set up a valid unit of measure conversion.

On the Estimate Lines form, the unit price quantity will be expressed in the estimate line item's unit of measure. When an estimate line item is cross referenced to a job, the system creates the job in the base unit of measure, the default value defined on the Items form. If you update the quantity ordered on the Estimate Lines form, use the Reprice button to recalculate the unit price based on your pricing setup.

For forms where you cannot select this field, the quantity of the items ordered displays.

This field displays on the Reservations for Item form's General tab.

On the Consolidated Invoices Workbench form, the field is labeled Ordered and displays the number of units of the item ordered in the Customer Order Lines form.
