Outside/Outside Cost

Enter the outside services portion of the total cost for the current Item.

Note:

You can only update this field when the Rev Track field on the Items form is selected. If the Rev Track field is cleared, you can update this field via an ECN.

The Outside Cost field entered on the Production Schedule Item Materials or Production Schedule Release Materials forms will only be used for non-inventoried items. The system will use the values from this form for Costing. While you can update this field for an inventoried item, the system will ignore the update made on this form and use the appropriate Costing for the item.
