Note: This Obsolete date overrides the Obsolete
date defined on the Current Materials form
for this operation's component materials. That is, if this operation is
skipped, all components required for it will also be skipped. If this
operation is not skipped, the effective and obsolete dates for the component
materials will then be considered.
