Line Status
Select the line status default value. Valid entries are:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Requested | The line has been requested, but waits to be approved or not approved. ECNs cannot be posted if any of the line items have a status of Requested. |
| Approved | The line item has been approved, and the ECN can be posted. |
| Not Approved | The line item has not been approved. The system will not post the line item, but moves it into history as an unapproved request. |
Note: You can only
post an ECN when each line item status is either Approved or Not Approved.
