On the Combined Transfer Order Receive/Ship form, the item displays from the transfer line.

On the Transfer Order Lines form, enter an item to move. The item must be a valid item on Items form. It is possible to update this field only if the Quantity Requested is zero. If the item is serial tracked, the serial number has already been selected during the shipping process. This field displays on the Transfer Order Lines form and on the Lines tab.

Note: If the Show in Drop-Down Lists check box on the Items form is cleared for an item, it will not display in this field. However, you may manually enter the item without causing an error.

On the Transfer Order Loss form, the item displays from the transfer line.

On the Transfer Order Receive form, this item displays from the transfer line indicated with the item's description below it.

On the Transfer Order Ship form, this item displays from the transfer line indicated with the item's description below it.

On the Transfer Ship Packing Slip Selection form, the number of each item in the transfer order displays.
