Include Top-Level Item on Hand

Select this field to subtract the on hand quantity from the quantity required for the top-level item. If this field is selected, the system considers on hand quantity for the top-level item as available-to-use Inventory.

Clear this field to omit the on hand quantity from the quantity required for the top-level item. If this field is cleared, the report displays the available items or material to manufacture the top-level item.

When this field is cleared, the following options will not be applicable to the top-level:

• Use Safety Stock
• Include Released Jobs
• Include Ordered POs
• Subtract Allocs from On-Hand
