Destination Button
Allows you to view the parent job, operation and material reference by parent job, operation and sequence. The system sets the current operation and current material sequence; so, when you click the button, you are taken to the referenced Job Materials record.
The system uses the job cross reference for scheduling, shop floor tracking, Low-Level Code processing and other functions throughout Production.
Note: You cannot create a cross-reference on a new record (you must save
the record first). Make sure you select or clear the
Plan on Save field
appropriately before you save the record. If you plan to customize the BOM
after cross-referencing, you must clear the
Plan on Save field before
saving the record.
