Material Copy Button

Click this button to copy a material item selected in the left pane of the Engineering Workbench and copy it to the right pane. You must copy the material item selected in the left pane to a new or existing operation in the right pane.

You can copy a parent item and its routing/bom as a material to an a new or existing operation.

After you copy a material item, the system assigns a sequence number in the order in which it is entered for an operation.

Note: This button is disabled when (in the right pane) the Status for Production Schedule BOM view is Complete, or Status for Job BOM view or Estimate BOM view is Complete or History.
