Copy BOM Button
In the Engineering Workbench, select an item in the left pane and click the button to open the Copy Routing BOM form, where you can copy the selected item's routing/bill of material to a new item.
Note: The button is enabled when you select the appropriate item in the
left pane of the Engineering Workbench.
For Current, Standard,
and Production Schedule BOM tabs, you must select
the parent item (and not a component item). For Job
and Estimates BOM tabs, you must select the Job
(and not an individual operation). Also, the right pane must contain the
Current, Job, Estimate, or Production BOM view and not the Standard BOM
view for the button to be enabled.
This button is disabled when (in the right pane) the Status for Production Schedule BOM view is Complete, or Status for Job BOM view or Estimate BOM view is Complete or History.
