Production Planner Home - Dashboard Tab
The Dashboard tab on the Production Planner Home form lists links to forms and activities you need to do your job as a planner. There are also four charts and one grid on this tab.
My Stats
The My Stats area of this tab contains three links: Alerts, Tasks, and Inbox. You are redirected to the Tasks tab if you click any of the links. The Tasks tab shows tasks and inbox messages. The number of alerts on the Tasks tab is broken down by being either on the button or the button.
Charts
You can hover your mouse pointer over any of the columns to see the data value for that column.
Top 5 WIP Value Job Orders: This chart shows the top five WIP value job orders.
Key Today - Jobs: This chart shows the number of jobs that are supposed to be completed today and the number that are late today.
Key Today - Production Schedules: This chart shows the production schedule quantity that is to be completed today (quantity released - quantity complete) and the quantity completed today.
% On Time Job Completion: This chart shows the percent on time job completion for the last three accounting periods and the current period. The formula used to arrive at the data is [Count # of jobs with End Date in the time period where (End Date <= Last Transaction Date and Qty Released <= Qty Completed)]/[Count # of jobs with End Date in the time period].
Grid
Resource Group Utilization: This grid shows the Resource Group Utilization - Scheduler detail for today. This is similar to running the Resource Group Utilization - Scheduler form.
