Unit Code Replacement Utility
This utility searches parameter files for the specified range of accounts and the specified old unit code, replacing it with the new unit code. This is useful when a unit code is unused or is obsolete and you need to assign a different unit code to the accounts.
The new unit code must be a valid unit code for the specified accounts; that is, it must be listed on the corresponding Unit Code tab for the accounts on the Chart of Accounts form.
To produce a list of the areas in the system where this unit code value will be replaced, run the Unit Code Where Used Report before running this utility.
