Combined State Reporting

Note: This field is enabled only if you select Electronic Filing in the Filing Method field.

Select this check box to indicate combined state reporting, or clear this check box if you are not using combined state reporting.

You must select the 1099 Magnetic Media check box on the Prov/States form to enable combined state reporting. If you do not select this check box, the state information will not be included when you generate the 1099 report.
