Accumulated Depreciation Account
Enter the balance sheet account on which depreciation is accumulated for all assets in this class and department.
This account is meant to be a balance sheet account. The system does not overwrite Unit Code 1 with the unit code of the corresponding department file.
Note: Only two accounts
in the system function this way: the G/L Asset Account and the Accumulated
Depreciation Account.
If you want to have Unit Code 1 filled in for this account, you need to manually enter the Unit Code on the Fixed Assets Class Codes form.
