Account

Enter or select the General Ledger account to which the amount of this distribution applies. The account description displays for reference.

If you selected a Cost Code (second unlabeled field to the right of the Project field) on this form, the G/L account is set to a default value based on the class of the Cost Code:

• If the cost class is Material, the Account field defaults to the "Project Material" account from the Project tab on the Product Codes form.
• If the cost class is Labor, it defaults to the "Project Labor" account from that form and tab.
• If the cost class is Other, it defaults to the "Project Other" account from that form and tab.
