Shipping a Serialized Item

Open the Order Shipping form.

Select the order, which contains a serialized item, that you want to ship.

Select the line that you want to ship.

Click the Serial Numbers tab.

In the Generate Quantity field, specify the quantity on hand.

Click Generate Serial.

The serial numbers for items that are available to be shipped are displayed.

Select the serial number for the item that you want to ship.

Ship the item.
