Copying and Editing Filters
You can edit a saved filter. You can also create a new filter by opening an existing one, editing it, and saving it with a new name.
To edit a filter:
- Open a query form.
- Select .
- Select a filter and click .
- Edit the search criteria as required.
- Select .
- Optionally, to create a new filter that includes this changed criteria, specify a new Name for the filter. Otherwise, the changes are saved to the existing filter.
- Click .
