Configuring printers

Note: Before reports can be printed, verify that the printer is configured on the application server where Infor Framework TaskMan Service is installed.

To configure a printer on the application server:

  1. Log in to the application server using the same system administrator account that you used to install and run TaskMan.
  2. Configure the printers using the UNC name. Use this format: \\PrintServer\PrinterName
For a multi-tenant cloud environment, you must create a service account, register the printer in Google Cloud Print, and share the registered printer to the service account. Then, add or upload the service account credentials on the User Defined Info form.
