Testing an ION API method

  1. Open the Test ION API Invoke form.
  2. Specify this information:
    Server ID
    Select the ION API server ID from the list.
    Suite
    Select the ION API suite from the list.
    HTTP Method
    Select the appropriate HTTP method.
    Method
    Select the method.
    Parameters
    Specify the parameters in JSON format for the selected method.
    Content Type
    Specify type if one of the parameters is of type "body" or "form."
    Timeout
    Specify the length of time to wait for the result. Default is 10000 ms.
    Use SSO
    Select this field if the invoke method needs to authenticate with the user's Infor Ming.le SSO session credentials.
  3. Click Invoke to start the test.
