Binding a component to a variable

  1. With a form open and in Design Mode, select a component.
  2. On the Component property sheet, click Binding, and then click the ellipsis (...) button.
  3. In the Type field, select Variable.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. In the Variable field, select the name of a variable.
  6. Click OK.
