Refreshing Lists

When you check out objects, you copy them from the master to the run-time databases, where they might not have existed before. When you archive objects, you delete them from both the master and run-time databases. To have these changes immediately reflected in the Form Control views, you must refresh the lists.

To refresh lists in the Form Control form, click Refresh Lists. This button is useful when you have been working in the databases for a while and you want to see the current configuration of forms and objects.

This action queries all databases in the configuration and repopulates the display data.
