Printing, sorting, searching, or archiving messages
You can copy messages from the log to the Windows clipboard and paste them into a spreadsheet. You can then use the spreadsheet to print, sort, search, or save the messages.
To copy messages from the log to a spreadsheet:
- From the menu, select .
 - Set the filter criteria for your messages.
 - Click .
 - Select the messages in the grid that you want to process.
 - Press .
 - Open a spreadsheet application.
 - Paste the contents of the clipboard into a spreadsheet document.
