Run Copy Site process in stages when troubleshooting
Previously, the Copy Site process could take hours under certain database conditions. Replaying each section could be a significant time investment.
In this release, the Copy Site process can now run in stages. Running in stages allows you to save the database at a successful stage and retry with a shorter wait time.
Ability to create summaries on DataViews based on expressions
You can now use the option in the Windows and web clients to create summaries on DataViews based on expressions. The expression summaries are also shown on DataView-based reports that run through TaskMan.
Ability to print reports using an IDM Enterprise printer
Cloud customers can now print reports in a multi-tenant cloud environment using an IDM Enterprise printer.
We modified the File Servers form and Printers form to allow customers to set up an IDM Enterprise printer.
Ability to set maximum record cap
In Configuration Manager, you can now use the Settings Editor dialog box to set your farm’s maximum record cap.
To access this dialog box, click the button on the Configurations tab.

Added timestamp for background tasks
In the Service Configuration Manager, these fields are added to the TaskMan tab:
- Signal Interval (seconds)
- Task Termination Threshold (seconds)
These fields are used to check and update the last active date of a background task.
Use of Visual Studio with the Web Designer
The Web Designer now supports the use of Visual Studio when editing global and form scripts. To use Visual Studio within the Web Designer, you must initially select a Visual Studio version. Then, download scripts individually, edit them in Visual Studio, and copy the edited code back into the Script Editor within the Web Designer.
Improved performance of license application process
Improvements are done to decrease time required to apply or reapply license document to tenants in the cloud.
Increased security group name character limit
On the Groups form, you can now specify a Group Name up to 200 characters.
