Corrections to JPK_V7M Export Validations (RS9100)

Minor corrections were made to the export process for this file.

Updates to the France Country Pack (RS8261)

SyteLine version 10 now supports some France legal and cultural requirements that were originally part of the version 9.x country pack.

  • A Business Identification Number field was added on the General Parameters form. This company ID is required in some countries for reporting. The field is generally available and not tied specifically to the France Country Pack.
  • New fields were added on the Order Entry Parameters form where you can enter required text to describe your policies on Flat Rate Compensation and Late Pay Penalty Rate. This information can then be included on customer documents.

There are also similar new fields on the Multi Lingual Order Invoices form where you can provide translated versions of these texts.

  • FEC audit file generation is available through the new FEC File Export form.

Use the new FEC File Logical Folder field on the General Parameters form to specify the default logical folder where the audit file will be stored.

  • Use the new Journal of Technical Events Report form to generate the JET report through a Dataview. This report is generally provided to auditors at the end of the year. However, Auditors can access this form at any time during the year. The report uses information from these forms:
    • The new Journal of Technical Event Codes form specifies JET audit codes and lists the database fields to be tracked for each code. JET audit events are triggered each time the listed fields are modified by a user.
    • The Audit Log form lists JET audit events based on the options set in the Journal of Technical Event Codes form. The audit information shows which tracked database field value was changed, by whom, on what date.
  • The new Journal of Technical Event Codes Query form is also available.
  • A new FR Loc permission group (role) was added. Users must be part of this group to access the FEC File Export form or the FEC File Logical Folder.

Additional requirements for France will be supported in later releases.

For more information about the country pack updates, as well as other France requirements that are supported through standard SyteLine functionality, see the CloudSuite Industrial France Country Guide.
