Replace Google Cloud Print with IDM Enterprise Print (RS9096)

SyteLine has adopted IDM Enterprise Print (Mongoose RS8998) as the replacement for Google Cloud Print, which Google plans to deprecate by the end of 2020. As part of RS9096, SyteLine has adopted the complete cloud printing solution from Document Management and Mongoose.

For now, there are two versions of these forms; the older version and the newer version. The newer version includes “web.” in the name. For example, the ResourcePlan form now has two versions, the old version named “ResourcePlan” and the new version named “web.ResourcePlan.”

Enhancements include the removal of tabs on forms, replaced with a drop-down list, slider sections, and color and style changes.

Job Packet Performance (RS9105)

To ensure that the Job Packet report form will not cause excessive memory consumption when run, these enhancements have been made:
  • When the Job Number range fields are left blank, a message displays asking for confirmation that you intended to run the report for all job numbers
  • The Firm and Released Job Status types are selected by default
