Cutting/Pasting a component in the Web Designer

You can use the clipboard to cut and paste components on the same form or between forms. A component is removed from the original location and pasted into he same relative position that it occupied in the original container or form..

To cut and paste a component:

Launch the Web Designer.
If you are pasting into another form, open the destination form in the Web Designer.
On the first form, select one or more components to copy.
Select Edit > Cut.
On the destination form, select Edit > Paste.

Note: If the destination for the pasted component has containers, specify the container using the right-click menu option through the Paste context menu option
If necessary, reposition the pasted components.
