Barcode properties and attributes
This topic lists and describes the properties and attributes you can set for Barcode
components.
These properties are located under the Component property sheet:

Symbology | This property is used to select the type of barcode that you
require. You can select from these options:

Display Text | This property is used to display readable text on one-dimensional
barcodes. Note: This property is hidden if you select the two-dimensional barcode
types, such as Aztec, Data-Matrix, PDF-417, and QR-Code.

Rotation | This property is used to rotate the barcode left or right by 90 degrees. |
Error Correction Level | This property is used to specify the level of error correction
that you require for Aztec, PDF-417, and QR-Code barcode types.

Version | This property is used to specify the QR code version. You can
select from 1 to 40. Note: This property is displayed only if you select the QR-Code barcode type.

Shape | This property is used to specify the matrix shape. You can select
from these options:
Note: This property is displayed only if you select the Data-Matrix barcode type.

Encodation | This property is used to specify the encoding mode. You can
select from these options:
Note: This property is displayed only if you select the Data-Matrix barcode type.

Layers | This property is used to specify the number of Aztec code
layers. You can select from 4 to 32. Note: This property is displayed only if you select the Aztec barcode type.

Compaction | This property is used to specify the mode of data compaction.
You can select from these options:
Note: This property is displayed only if you select the PDF-417 barcode type.

This property is used to specify the minimum number of rows and columns in a PDF-417 barcode. You must follow this format: minCols, maxCols, minRows, maxRows Note: This property is displayed only if you select the PDF-417 barcode type.
