Setting components to be read-only or dynamically disabled/enabled

To set a component to read-only or to be dynamically disabled/enabled:

With the form open and in Design Mode, select the component.
Perform one of these actions:
- To make the component read-only, in the Component property sheet, set the Read-Only/Disable property to True.
- To apply dynamic enabling and disabling to the component, set one or more of the properties in the Dynamic Enabling and Disabling section of the Component property sheet.

You can also use the Enabled When property to make components enabled or disabled based on certain conditions.
