Description
Specifies the interval between separators in a numeric value; the interval is normally three.

COMMAS( integer )

Remarks
The COMMAS keyword affects only the visual format of values in Windows client forms. The keyword can serve as a parameter of the DEFAULTFORMAT keyword in data-type specifications. In the following example, a comma (,) is inserted at an interval of every three digits in the value of a component (for example, the number 241365776 displays as 241,365,776):
