About the DataMaintenance option
"DataMaintenance" forms use the New Data Maintenance Wizard to create the infrastructure for full-function Mongoose forms. This infrastructure consists of the Intelligent Data Objects (IDOs) and property tables needed to create and maintain a set of data.
Optionally, you can also use this option to create an associated form built on the IDO and tables being created. This version of the New Data Maintenance Wizard allows you to create the IDOs and tables only for MultiView forms, Grid-Only forms, or Detail-Only forms. You can also create IDOs and tables for subcollections associated with the primary IDO collection.
Once the New Data Maintenance Wizard is finished, you have the option to create an associated form. If you select this option, Form Builder then launches the Responsive Form Builder wizard.
About the Report option
This option launches the Report Builder wizard. This wizard allows you to create runnable report-type forms that are essentially the same as those created by the option in the Classic form wizard or New Form Wizard options elsewhere—but without having to use the Web Designer or Design Mode to create them.
At the same time, this wizard creates a second form that is used to specify the filter criteria for the report output. Unlike other ways to create a report-type form that require a criteria form to be created separately (typically, from a build-from-scratch form type), this wizard improves the process by creating the criteria form at the same time as the report-type form.
