StdFormApplySavedFilter event

This event occurs when the user selects Filter from the Actions menu, and then clicks Apply Saved Filter. After this event is generated, the Select Filter (for object UserNames) dialog box is displayed, to allow you to choose a saved filter and apply it to your form.
