Mapping Groups

The fields in this grid relate to the fields in the Mapping Fields grid. When you select a row in the Mapping Groups grid, any associated fields are displayed in the Mapping Fields grid.

• Group - This is a read-only field. The group identified in the definition for the Format Type is displayed.
• Description - This is the description of the group.
• Parent - Specify the parent. The parent should be the same name as the name of an existing group name in the Group field.
• Sequence - Specify a numeric value to correspond to the sequence that the lines will appear in the Data View.
• Record Value - This is a predefined value that is dictated by the standard in use.
• App Group - This is a name given to the group that is meaningful to the user and can differ from the standard.
