Identifying the forms included in a license module

To identify the forms included in a license module:

  1. Open the Modules for Form form.
  2. In the Module Name column, select the license module for which you want to know the forms.
  3. Press F4.
The form displays a list of all the forms associated with the selected license module. Some license modules have no associated forms.
