Considerations

These are the considerations for using this automation:

• Unattended mode setup requires the Windows server to be configured without Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and must be enabled with standard username and password authentication.
• All data items requiring extraction must be clearly legible and in English.
• Documents or email content must include and clearly define any required keys and values.
• Non-standard layouts may not be possible for OCR to process accurately with high confidence. Page formats with multiple columns, nested, adjacent or overlapping tables, forms, or key pairs and so on, must be reviewed during implementation.
• The standard implementation covers automation scenarios with proper rules and identifiers, aligned with the assumptions mentioned here.
• Thresholds and limits for Warehouse Receipt Line creation and confirmation must be configured in Infor LN.
• RPA sends necessary data to meet standard Incoming LN Receive Delivery BOD requirements, without requiring extra programming in ION or Infor LN.
• Handling Unit generation is automatically configured in Infor LN, no additional logic is developed for this purpose.
• The Purchase Order Lines linked to the packing slip must have already been released to warehousing in LN.
• ASNs must not be present for the Packing Slip.
• The Warehouse Receipts are automatically confirmed in Infor LN.
