Program Manager
A Program Manager is responsible for managing a internal or external customer projects.
The Program Manager ensures that these projects are completed on schedule, within scope, budget,
and quality standards. Program Manager monitors project performance, maintain cost controls, and
address any risks or issues promptly, to keep projects on track, minimize costs, and enhance
profitability for the company.
