Sales Order Entry - Shopping List - Previous Orders field descriptions

Fields are listed in alphabetical order.
Automatically Launch This View?
Select this option to automatically open this page each time you access the Shopping List function.
Bulk Products Only?
Select this check box to add bulk products from previous orders, in the Shopping List grid. If this check box is selected, the corresponding Tank ID field is populated for each product line, in the Shopping List grid. You can use this Tank ID or specify a new ID before adding the product line to the sales order. The Tank ID is validated against the specified combination of customer and product based on the corresponding Tank Setup (BDST) record. A warning message may be displayed, and the order is processed based on the value specified for the OE Tank Validation Level field on the SA Administrator Options - Documents - Sales Orders - Processing screen.
Note: 
  • If this check box is selected, the sales order is marked as a bulk order, and only bulk products can be added.
  • This check box is displayed only when the Allow OE Shopping List check box is selected on the SA Administrator Options - Documents - Sales Orders - Processing screen.
Clear Shopping List?
Select this option to remove all existing products from the Shopping List grid. If you do not select this option, products from Shopping List that you are generating are appended to existing products in the grid.
Number of Products to Recall
Specify the maximum number of product records to include in the Shopping List.
Order #
Specify the order from which you want to create a shopping list. The products on the order are displayed in the Shopping List after you click OK. A subsequent Order # field becomes available each time you specify an order. You can specify up to 10 orders.
Pricing
Indicate whether the products should retain the pricing from the original order or be re-priced.
