Exception Handling
When Pickup/Delivery Receipt Digitization automation fails due to an error, RPA sets the document status based on the error type. The failed document record is moved to Data Lake and is displayed on the Missing Information tab of the Exception Handling screen in the RPA Management application. The Missing Information tab displays documents with the MISSINGINFORMATION status. A document is set to this status when the automation process is unable to extract any of the mandatory fields from the document. Empty pages in the documents are also marked with this status.
Note:
- If these records are corrected by the user, RPA reprocesses the documents in the next workflow run.
- Users can switch between the automations on this screen to view the related exceptions.
