Troubleshooting

This table shows the troubleshooting of RPA process issues:

Issue	Cause	Solution
Robot session failed to establish connection to RPA Agent	RPA supports only one job at a time. If a job is in progress, an error is displayed when a new job is initiated.	Wait for the current job to be completed before running a new job.
Machine : <machine name> is currently not available for job-errorcode:E003	RPA services are not running in the Virtual Machine.	Check and run the RPA services in the Virtual Machine.
User Must authorize MSGraph in RPA Mastermind to use Graph	MSGraph is not authorized for the user in RPA Mastermind.	Authorize MSGraph on the Authorization screen in the RPA Management application.
User token is not associated for user : <user name>, for OAuth variable Name:IONAPI-errorcode:E011	IONAPI is not authorized for the user.	Authorize IONAPI on the Authorization screen in the RPA Management application.
