Setting up warehouses

Orders of the type, sales, warehouse transfer, and customer returns are sent from the ERP in the Shipment BOD for warehouses that are set up in Proof of Delivery.

  1. In the Proof of Delivery Manager application, select Menu > Admin > Warehouses.
  2. Click New.
  3. In the Warehouse ID field, specify the ERP’s warehouse that sends orders to Proof of Delivery.
  4. Optionally, specify this information:
    Contact Number
    The phone number which drivers use to contact the warehouse.
    Warehouse Address, City, State, Postal Code, Country, Longitude and Latitude
    The address information for the ERP’s warehouse.
  5. Select Active to indicate the warehouse is active in Proof of Delivery.
  6. Click Create.
  7. Repeat for each Proof of Delivery warehouse.
