Running automation in Unattended mode

  1. Navigate to the Infor OS Portal and open RPA Management application.
  2. Navigate to Home > Manage > Processes section. The published process is displayed in the Processes section.
  3. Click the arrow icon corresponding to a process name.
  4. Specify the required information, such as process and user arguments.
  5. Click Save. The process and user arguments are saved for the process.
  6. Select RPA Management > Manage > Jobs. The Jobs screen is displayed.
  7. Click + New. The General information tab is displayed.
  8. Specify the required information, such as Job Name, Description, Process, Process Version, and Job Priority. Enable the Serverless option to run the automation in a cloud-based environment.
  9. Click Next. The Scope tab is displayed.
  10. Specify the required information, such as Devices, Bots, and Users.
    Note: 
    • The Devices and Bots fields are displayed if the Serverless option is disabled in the General Information tab.
    • The devices must be defined on the OS > RPA Management > Manage > Devices screen.
  11. Click Next. The Schedule tab is displayed.
  12. Select the type of schedule. Possible options:
    • On demand: Runs the automation instantly.
    • On trigger: Runs the automation at the scheduled time.
  13. Click Save. The job is configured.
  14. Select and run the configured job.
