Print Labels overview
The Print Labels option is accessed from the menu of the associated functions. In Product Availability Inquiry, the option is accessed from the main toolbar.
Use the Print Labels option to print Integrated Barcode labels from these functions:
- Product Availability Inquiry
This Print Labels option runs the IB Barcode Inventory Stock Labels Report. You can select various printing options including Warehouse range, Product range, and Number of Labels.
The value specified in the Number of Labels field determines the number of labels printed.
Note:- This value is applicable only for non-serialized and non-lot-controlled products.
- For serialized products that are in the Available stage on the Extended Serial Number Setup screen, one label is printed for each available serial product, irrespective of the value specified in the Number of Labels field.
- For lot-controlled products, one label is printed for each lot that has available or unavailable quantity, irrespective of the value specified in the Number of Labels field.
- Purchase Order Inquiry
Run the IB Inventory Receiving Labels Report using in this function to print receiving labels if the purchase order is received before .
You can specify the quantity of labels to print: one label per line item, one label per quantity received (default), or one per stock quantity received. If the product is a lot item, then the quantity can be specified as one label per lot, or one label per stock quantity. This is only available if Label Quantity is not One per Line. You can also select the Print Multiple Labels Per Lot option.
- Purchase Order Receipt of Inventory Entry
Run the IB Inventory Receiving Labels Report in this function to print receiving labels if the purchase order is received before Final Update.
You can specify the quantity of labels to print: one label per line item, one label per quantity received (default), or one per stock quantity received. If the product is a lot item, then the quantity can be specified as one label per lot, or one label per stock quantity. This is only available if Label Quantity is not One per Line. You can also select the Print Multiple Labels Per Lot option.
Additionally, the Print Labels option is available in the Quick Receive screen in Purchase Order Receipt of Inventory Entry.
The purchase order number is printed on labels that are printed from Purchase Order Inquiry and Purchase Order Receipt of Inventory Entry.
- Warehouse Transfer Inquiry
Run the IB Inventory Warehouse Transfer Labels Report in this function to print receiving labels if the transfer is received before clicking . You have the option to print labels for an entire order. You can specify the quantity of labels to print: One label per line, One label per quantity received (default), One label per stock quantity received, One label per quantity shipped, or One label per stock quantity shipped. If the product is a lot item, then the quantity can be specified as one label per lot, or one label per stock quantity. This is only available if Label Quantity is not One per Line
- Warehouse Transfer Receipt of Inventory Entry
Run the IB Inventory Warehouse Transfer Labels Report in this function to print receiving labels if the transfer is received before clicking . You have the option to print receiving labels for an entire order.
You can specify the quantity of labels to print: One label per line, One label per quantity received (default), One label per stock quantity received, One label per quantity shipped, or One label per stock quantity shipped. If the product is a lot item, then the quantity can be specified as one label per lot, or one label per stock quantity. This is only available if Label Quantity is not One per Line.
The warehouse transfer order number is printed on labels that are printed from Warehouse Transfer Inquiry and Warehouse Transfer Receipt of Inventory Entry.
The Integrated Barcode module must be selected in SA All Company Information Setup to use the Print Labels option.
