Specify the warehouse in which the stocked products are stored.
- Print Shelf Quantity? Y/N

Select Yes to print labels for the shelf quantity. The shelf quantity represents this calculation, based Product Warehouse Product Setup values:
Quantity On Hand - Quantity Committed
- If "no" Enter the Number to Print

Specify the number of labels required to be printed when labels are not printed for the shelf quantity.
Note:- This value is applicable only for non-serialized and non-lot-controlled products.
- For serialized products that are in the Available stage on the Extended Serial Number Setup screen, one label is printed for each available serial product, irrespective of the value specified in this field.
- For lot-controlled products, the value specified in this field determines the number of label copies printed for each lot, only when the Print Multiple Labels Per Lot field is set to Yes, and the Print Shelf Quantity? Y/N field is set to No.
- Enter a List of Products? Y/N

Select Yes and then click to specify the products for which you want to print labels. This option overrides the ranges you previously specified.
- Print Multiple Labels Per Lot?

Select No to print one label per lot.
If you select Yes for this option, and the Print Shelf Quantity? option is also Yes, then one label per lot quantity is printed. If Print Shelf Quantity? is No, then the number of labels that are specified for If “no” Enter the Number to Print determines the quantity of labels that are printed per lot.
- Include OAN/DNR With On Hand Only

Select Yes to print the shelf labels for products for which the status is Order As Needed (OAN) or Do Not Reorder (DNR) in Product Warehouse Product Setup, and for which the On Hand inventory is available in the warehouse. Select No to print the shelf labels for products irrespective of the inventory status. By default, this option is No and applies only when you use ranges to select the products. This option is not used if you manually enter a list of products.
For this option, on hand is calculated as quantity on hand + quantity received + quantity unavailable.
