Inventory Turnover Ratio

This widget displays inventory and turnover data in a bubble chart for the top 20 warehouses associated with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The color of each bubble represents a warehouse, and the bubble size represents the average inventory in a warehouse. The legends below the chart represent the top 20 warehouses. You can hover over a bubble to view these details:

  • Warehouse ID
  • Inventory Value
  • 12 Months Turn
  • 12 Months Inventory Value
  • 12 Months COGS
Note: 
  • The Year/Month field value is not applicable for this widget.

  • The No data returned from Cloud Suite Distribution Birst Analytics warning message is displayed, if no Birst Space ID is associated with the logged-in tenant.

The View Details option in the widget enables you to access the Inventory Summary window. You can perform these actions in the window:

  • View inventory and turnover details for all warehouses associated with the CEO, along with the product category. The details include:

    • Warehouse ID
    • Product Category
    • Inventory Value
    • 12 Months Turn
    • 12 Months Inventory Value
    • 12 Months COGS

    The details are grouped by warehouse in a collapsable format. You can expand or collapse each warehouse section.

  • Click View Inventory Summary to access the Inventory Summary page in the Birst application.

  • Click Insights to generate detailed insights using Gen AI, based on the inventory, and turn over data for the top 20 warehouses associated with CEO. The AI insights include an executive summary, a trend analysis, a performance benchmark, a risk identification list, and strategic recommendations. These insights help CEO understand performance and act on data-driven opportunities. You can click Download to save the insights as a PDF file.

    Note: The Insights option is enabled in the Advanced Workspace.
  • Filter the grid, using the Search field.
  • View and hide row filters, using the Show filter row option.
  • Filter data, using the Run filter option.
  • Remove all filters, using the Clear filter option.
  • Export the entire data to an Excel file, using the Export to Excel option.
