On Your Radar

The On Your Radar widget displays the count of important tasks that a Service Manager must address. The tasks are classified into four matrices. The count is based on the filters defined in the Apply filters section. You can click each matrix to view the detailed information in the Required Actions widget.

These are the available matrices:

  • Service Orders: Displays the number of service orders categorized by status indicators that require attention.
  • Incidents: Displays the number of service incidents categorized by status indicators that require attention.
  • Equipment: Displays the number of equipment related tasks categorized by status indicators that require attention.
  • Quotes: Displays the number of quotes categorized by status indicators that require attention.
Note: A maximum of 250 records is displayed in each matrix. If the count exceeds 250, the count is displayed as 250+.
