Exceptions KPIs
This widget displays Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for invoices that are processed only in the first attempt through the RPA automation process.
The widget includes these matrices:
- : Displays the number of invoices that the automation processes in the first attempt for the selected period. You can use the filter icon to filter the count based on the Process Type, From Date, and To Date fields. By default, the Process Type and the date fields are set to Trade Invoice and the previous date respectively.
- : Displays the number of invoices that the automation processes without exceptions in the first attempt for the selected period. You can use the filter icon to filter the count based on the Process Type, From Date, and To Date fields. By default, the Process Type and the date fields are set to Trade Invoice and the previous date respectively.
- : Displays the percentage of invoices and purchase orders that contain errors after RPA automation registers the documents in the Distribution SX.e application, in the first attempt for the selected period. You can use the filter icon to filter the percentage based on the Error, From Date, and To Date fields. By default, the Error and the date fields are set to 6562 – Product Not Matched and the previous date respectively.
- : Displays the percentage of invoices that the automation does not process because of exceptions in the first attempt, for the selected period. You can use the filter icon to filter the percentage based on the Process Type, Exception, From Date, and To Date fields. By default, the Process Type, Exception, and the date fields are set to Trade Invoice, Missing Information, and the previous date respectively.
