Scheduled Appointments
The widget displays a list of appointments for the selected service partner within the date range specified in the Apply filters section of the workspace. You can click to access the Scheduled Appointments form in Service Management and view the complete list of appointments for the selected service partner.
You can perform these actions from the Scheduled Appointments grid:
- View appointment details such as customer, name, status, appointment date, reference type, reference, and description.
If the Reference type column shows Service Order, the Reference column displays the Service Repair Order (SRO) number.
If the Reference type column shows Incident, the Reference column displays the incident number.
- Filter the list of appointments in the grid, using the Search field.
- Click a customer number to view the customer details on the Customers form in the Service Management application.
- Click an SRO number in the Reference column to view the SRO details on the Service Orders form in the Service Management application.
- Click an incident number in the Reference column to view the incident details on the Incidents form in the Service Management application.
- Click the Details icon to view the appointment details on the Scheduled Appointments form in the Service Management application.
