Managing users

Proof of Delivery (POD) supports four types of users: administrators, managers, will call, and handlers. Administrators are managers, will call users, or handlers with additional permissions to create users, warehouses, manage Infor Document Management (IDM) records, and address cache information. Managers are managers, will call users, or dispatchers for drivers, customers, or warehouses. Will call users manage the will call orders in the assigned warehouses. Customers can pick up will call orders from the warehouse counter. Managers and handlers can access only warehouses with which they are associated.

Users must be designated as Active to be assigned in POD.

During initial setup, users must be created and associated with POD warehouses.
